- Credit or debit card payments made directly at our retreat include a processing fee plus currency conversion fee to cover transaction costs.
- PayPal is perfect and convenient for securing your deposit, but we can't accept full course fees through it due to their 6% service charge.
- We prefer payments in major currencies like USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, or INR for simplicity, though we're flexible and happy to accommodate other currencies as needed.

- While we understand that life happens and plans can change, please note that your deposit is non-refundable. However, we're committed to supporting you with these flexible options:
- Postpone your training: You can join us for the same course (Teacher Training or Retreat) within the next 12 months at no extra cost.
- Transfer your spot: You're welcome to pass your booking to a friend, family member, or anyone else—just let us know their details in advance.
